Axial split casing for horizontal or vertical installation fitted with a double suction impeller. A comprehensive range of pump sizes and different impeller options maximize the operating economy. The Z22 range provides reliable performance for applications in district heating systems, thermal power plants, water and sewage works, etc.
The special fan pump execution of the Z22 pump is fitted with a precision-made impeller of advanced design, securing a very smooth flow with extremely low pressure pulsation. As option the impeller and inside pump casing can be polished.

The product is based on a high speed motor with integrated turbo compressor with a frequency converter and magnetic bearings. Mainly ABS turbocompressors are used in the wastewater treatment plants and in industrial low pressure processes.

The frequency converter is Vacon NX type. The customer can access monitoring values and parameters via door panel. The unit can also be remote operated and monitored via analog or digital signals. At this moment customer can choose Modbus or Profibus as an option.

The customer can access magnetic bearing controller (MBC) alarms, faults and some measurements via door panel. Wide-ranging MBC monitoring information is available via user interface program or modem connection. MBC-12 magnetic bearing controller is designed with improved electronics and safety features.

The product has a new type of filter cartridges for easy replacement and longer lifetime.

Piping connections for the process air have remained unchanged so that the new generation can easily be installed into plants that already have earlier generation units.

Dry-installed sewage pump for horizontal or vertical installation,
with air-cooled IEC motor from 3 to 22 kW. Suitable for
the pumping of wastewater and sewage from buildings and
sites in private, commercial, industrial and municipal areas in
accordance with EN 12050-1.

Advanced Alarm Handling system retaining the strong alarm handling functionality but with the addition of management tools giving full visibility of the current situation with alarms and On Call Personnel.

Mainly used by medium to large operators working with
numbers of Pumping Stations and On Call Personnel or
smaller organisations with a high requirement for visibility
of alarm status at all times.
